FreeTSoul Pin Scheduler - Privacy Policy. Last updated: October 25, 2026.
Who we are: FreeTSoul Pin Scheduler is an internal tool operated by FreeTSoul, an independent Etsy shop (https://freetsoul.etsy.com). It is used only by the shop owner to publish Pins about the shop's own products to the shop's own Pinterest business account.
What the tool accesses: With the account owner's permission, given through Pinterest's official OAuth sign-in, the tool reads the list of the owner's own boards and creates Pins on them. Pin content (image, title, description and link) comes from FreeTSoul's own Etsy listings.
What we do not collect: The tool does not collect, store or process any data about other Pinterest users. It does not read other people's Pins, profiles or analytics. It never asks for or stores Pinterest passwords or session cookies.
Storage and sharing: The Pinterest access token is stored only on the shop owner's private computer and is never shared. Access can be revoked at any time in Pinterest settings. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Contact: Questions about this policy can be sent through the FreeTSoul Etsy shop at https://freetsoul.etsy.com.
Data retention and deletion: FreeTSoul Pin Scheduler does not keep any Pinterest user data beyond the owner's own access token, which is stored locally on the owner's computer. The owner can delete the token and revoke the app's access at any time from Pinterest account settings (Apps), after which the tool can no longer access the account.
